Good things happening in our midst in this Week in Review.

We recognize the contributions of a remarkable young man who many of us know and have had the great pleasure of working alongside.

After a record breaking 50 applicants, the Pima County Attorney’s Office welcomed 16 law clerks, and they jumped in to a packed first week of court experiences, training, and getting settled in and meeting attorneys.

Some weeks are harder than others. Some weeks are more beautiful. Some weeks are all the things.

On Wednesday night, the Tucson Police Department was able to resume its annual Fallen Officer Memorial after a hiatus due to Covid. A large crowd gathered to honor the loss of Special Agent Garbo from the incident at the Amtrak station, along with the anniversaries of historical sacrifices in the line of duty.  

Fentanyl is one of the deadly snares that pierces though the peace of night, keeping all of us at PCAO from restful slumber.
